I have a 125 2t with a 150 5 port kit a sip road 2 exhaust and have the polini Venturi air filter kit on it any rough ideas where I should have the jetting at? Pilot, main, Atomiser, air corrector? Currently have an E3 atomiser, 160 air corrector, 116 main and a 38-120 pilot? It's the polini filter that's throwing me off a bit it sucks in so serious air, should I try 150 standard jets but with the bigger main? Please help

From the sound of all your threads it is not running so well. I would put the jetting all back as standard but with a 108 main jet and see how it goes from there.

It's doing my head in, this is my 3rd scooter and I have successfully kitted and jetted the last 2 with little to no issues but this one is in a world of its own lol and the only common denominator is this fecking polini Venturi, I'm nearly at the point of binning it off and putting a standard filter and bellow on, but I'm no defeatist š©š

Bin is really the best place - they make no difference at all - slightly better air flow - maybe slightly bigger main and that'll do - It seems like its sucking in more air by the nature of the design - its not actually sucked in it is forced in by atmospheric pressures - the greater the vacuum created in the crankcase the larger the amount of air that will try to fill the void.
the 150 barrel is not the best kit to play around with its basically a standard barrel - the head design and compression ratios are not the best and the port timings are a little on the conservative side - apart from that good for 60ish MPH.

I've been waiting to see if anyone would say bin it!,never used one and over the years have been put off by the amount of people who have tried them and said they took them off, as they are too difficult to jet. That's my 2 cents worth. All the best. Jāŗ
I will add tho, I find them interesting and pxguru seems to rate them, so never say never.š.
