Hello, Currently restoring a V100 and the previous owner has for some reason knocked in the horn cover, only found out after removing a large piece of shaped filler covering said damage. My question is what to do with it, should I just smooth it over or is there anything I can get to fix over it. click on images below. thanks

Hmm, on the large framed Vespas that part is spot welded on and you can buy a replacement panel, be worth you doing a bit of research on the web see if anyone does the panel for smallframes..

Hello, as of today I have yet to find anything to replace it. Would you think it would look ok if I just smoothed it over with filler.

hi, ive restored a lot of scoots even spencers sprint if this was mine i would look at 3 options either as you said just fill it and take your time to get it right or find a donor frame cut it out and weld it on, or look for some sort of vintage horncast that you could fit like a px pe model if you got the right one it would be a nice extra hope this helps ferdy .owe by the way spence ive had pc probs thats were ive been all up and running again
