This T5 is for sale at my local scooter dealer ... I'm very tempted but thought i'd ask your opinions in case anything sets any alarm bells ringing ... my 2014 px125 struggles to hit much over 50mph and I'm hoping this could be the answer .... Thanks for any hints/ advice guys

Mk1 VespaT5, good clean standard condition, although it has a shorter front mudguard and runner strips rather than floor mats. All the dash works, yes even the rev counter! £2295

I never had a problem with my standard 125, once the electric start was off, little bit of polishing, and a Scorpion exhaust, the dam thing would do 60+mph daily! With a Malossi 166 kit and a half decent pipe, they should do well. As for a T5, they are only going to go up in value (especially standard ones), I would get it and store it if you can. As for general buying advice, I would have them both!!

if t5 is your thing then go for it, if you don`t like the look of them then consider making your current px a bit quicker, drill filter, sports exhaust and carb upjet, maybe even a big bore kit, either way you will still be out enjoying a vespa win win situation, if feeling wealthy have both!
