Hello Just got my barrel rebored and noticed the hole looks slightly off centre as to the barrel so it isnt sitting true in the barrel, does this matter?

Maybe But there is a little give, sideways, in the conrod and gudgeon pin/piston which may help.
Also, check all your ports still line up nicely. And also check the cylinder head lines up too
I think i would dry fit the piston and cylinder and see how freelynit moves when loose and when tight.

Thanks very much input the piston on the crank last night and noticed a fair bit of movement so fingers crossed
Going to try to measure how true the hole to the fixing holes in the cylinder. Kind of hoped the machinisist bored the hole from these.
But it looks like it will be ok
