Transporting a scooter in a trailer

Hi All, my Scooters poorly sick. I've got to take it in to Mike Pheonix Scooters on Monday for what should of been its first service. Since then its developed an issue where the engine is running erratic, getting very hot and I've noticed ibu looking down the oil filler its hardly used any despite a recent 50 mile run. I need to move it 5 miles to the above garage in my Lanscaping cage trailer. Whats the best way of doing it without it falling over. Apart from straps I'm thinking of rigging up some kind of wooden frame. I tow with a vivaro van but there is no room inside it due to my racking.

50 mile run , 2/3rds a gallon of fuel , say 3 litres , should only of used 60ml of oil , bout a 4-5mm drop in the neck of tank ,sounds bout right to me .
