okay this is along story,but il cut it as short as poss as must dash off to work
right bought a vespa ET4 125cc from an antique dealer in glasgow.he restored it as was previously vandalised.its now back to running order,ive got an mot certificate etc!
i have send a letter and photos etc all the details i know to the vespa owners club of britain with a cheque for £13.00 to gain a certificate of year-i think its 1998 as a few markings say this on the scooter-
anyways it still doesnt have a registration number!! as was also destroyed
it did have it wriiten on pen but is unlegible now-i was told once i gain this certificate from vespas owners club i then use that to apply to dvla-but theyre saying i need insurance and no where will insure me without a reg number??so what do i do?also i dont want a q plat it deseves a age related plate!!
so what to i do next!
i want to be able to get it on the road!
any help would be great
