Considering buying a screen for my PX (disc) purely to avoid purchasing a full face lid for the cold months ahead.
Anyone got recommendations for / against the short or taller variations. My main concern with the shorter one is that it will not give the wind protection needed and, if anything, direct the cold british wind onto my boat race (face).
All suggestions / experiences gratefully received. ;D

The tall ones look RIDICULOUS. I don't think there can be any arguments about that.
I ride scooters with and without a small flyscreen, and I would say that whereas you feel the wind hitting you in the chest without one, even a small one directs the wind up over you quite a bit. Of course, if you're wearing an open face helmet, no amount of hunkering down will stop you getting the wind and probably Dumb & Dumber style snotsicles.
Put it this way, a flyscreen costs £25, but you can get a respectable full-face helmet for £50, which you can keep as a spare for any girlies who ask for a go on your scooter with you.

Just added an original short style Vespa one to my GTS 250, i only went about 20 miles at the weekend on it but i think i like the new screen.
I had my visor down so it was hard to tell but i think some of the air was directed off my chest into my face, i certainly think it looks better.
i also added the chrome side bars and a front rack, none of them were cheap but it looks the business now.
Just need to add a new exhaust when they come out, as anyone heard of one yet?

Thanks. I have just tried that, no joy though they only list one for an ET4 and PX125. I also found a site with PM Tuning exhausts on, they actually list one for the GTS but gave little detail and it's very expensive, www.sip-scootershop.com thetop
