Hi, I need a full Vespa PX200 (1984) engine re build & probably some engineering beyond my rudimentary re assembling skills (skills used lightly)....plus other bits and bobs. Nearest I can find is Yeovil, Southwest Scooters. Does anyone know if there is someone nearer to Guildford otherwise its a trip to Yeovil. Although he sounded like a nice chap, I only have so many 'personal day vouchers' from the wife so have to use them sparingly. Hope you can help.
There used to be company in Redhill but I cant find it anymore. I want a pukka job so looking for someone who knows PX's

i'm in petersfield weekends ,thursday noon to sunday morn, not a business but competent . how soon do you want this as i'm on a welding marathon under the missus's car at moment.an will probably be busy on that til xmas time ,that takes up my daylight time so engines can only be done evenings .an ive a 200 lump of my own to build but that can wait as chassis wont fit in garage at moment .i much prefer clean engines to build ,rather than wasting a day cleaning,which i hate n charge accordingly for as a deterent. an do not at present have the space for a whole scooter so could only take a loose engine .
otherwise theres tj scoots in portsmouth, rpm in hungerford , or the south london scooter shops . or me again in brighton sunday noon til thursday morn ,brightons were i prefer to engine build as have more clean space n heated workshop (front room ) , H
