Headlight Bulbs

The PX 125 comes with a 35/35 bulb for the headlight, and doesn't really cut it on unlit country roads.

Does anyone know whether the wiring and 12 volt battery copes with a 55/55 halogen fitted?

I tried it on a 125 ET4 and the headlight reflector melted!

Not sure on fitting a 55/55 might meltdown

i'v fitted one of these and is better then standard bulb

I checked that out, sounded like a good idea, but my PX has the H4 type fitting, and when I looked at Beedspeeds site I couldn't see an H4 semi-halogen.

I'm gonna phone them to check.
