GOT A BARGAIN

 i got my self a real bargain and had to share it as some know ive been playing with the idea of a battery to my non battery px just to run indicators and some rear bullet lights and possibly the brake light just to stop dimming lights on the ac supply . i trawled ebay and hunted down a battery almost new battery tray and strap almost new and a 5 pin rectifier again almost new with relays got the lot for £30 inc postage . today a guy called to put company decals on my sons van and noticed the vespa outside the shed and we got talking as he used to own a lammy in the 60s so i asked how mutch for decals making and fitting to my side panels and one on the glove box he smiled and said a tenner for lazer cut decals with what ever i wanted them to say in any style so i am now waiting for the words beat surrender  for the side panels and all mod cons for the glove box.todays been a winner of a day ill post pics when there on ive added more spots to the front rack new side panel crash bars today to go with the new leg sheild crash bar trim new red rubbers on the kick start and rear brake pedal

Excellent work. I got chatting to our window cleaner last week and he had scooters in 'his youth' and the bloke who just moved in opposite me came out one morning to chat about them as he'd seen me on his and was into them when he was younger. Sounds like you got yourself a top deal,

got the battery tray in place just to check it all fits ok all bolted up and the spare wheel wont fit over the bottom of the tray so ill have to put a few designer grinder cuts in the tray and smack it to make it a touch smaller on the bottom corners so i can get the spare back on. battery trays must differ in size on earlier models there's  a good inch or so  spare when battery is in place.Anyway we only live a few miles apart we should meet up one saturday or sunday and have a small ride and a coffe or somet
