Wow! You can buy a primary drive repair kit For 200 you need all 12 springs. Not sure if thats the same for your motor tho' Its quite easy to repair yourself. Drill out old rivets. Fit new parts,(springs, 2 x plates and rivets. The hardest part (but not so hard) is the rivets, they will need a heavy blow to secure them. Finish of with a centre punch. Obviously check your bearings and shaft and check the teeth are ok the gear.

As vespasco says , removing the old rivets is the hardest part of this job.....I ended up taking mine to the fork lift mechanic at work for his set of punches and experience , and he said they were a pig to get out and needed a proper wallop ..... Putting it back together was easy... Also , note on the above films the new rivets go back in a specific side 1st ( in from the raised holding plate side)
