Hi all,,, After a long weekend of tweaking my jetting and replacing gaskets seals etc.. I pushed the tweaking a little to hard and broke the mixture screw clean off inside the carb body (b*ll*cks) I had my old Jetex 20/20 which I kept aside so decided to strip the Spaco and rebuild my Jetex!. stuck the 20/20 in tweaked the jets and the scoot ran like an absolute dream. It's never ran more sweet all the time I had the 24/24 installed the engine never really ran quite right. Although I have lost mph it really runs well. Anyway I so want to go back to the 24/24 so I can have the scoot professionally dyno jetted and ready for next sessions ridouts. Does anyone know the quality of the Spaco carbs from ebay brought in from India??? Cheers

as gaz says ,buy the carb n throw the jets away , an also give it a once over for blocked or restricted casting passages ,an to check its built right as sometimes gaskets n stuff can be wrong/missing , fit only genuine dell jets , theve a little "inc" stamping on them ,allstyles stock em at about same money as dellorrto (uk), H
