Please can you help. I have a PX 200, it's an 03 plate, I have gone through 3 speedo cables in the last 2 years. I have replaced the outer sheath once with a new inner and the i have put in 2 inner's but still they are breaking about 3 inch's from the wheel. I have fitted the cable as to the manual, what am i doing wrong.

Do you mean snapping? they are flippin strong must be major seizure of the cable to snap it..
Only thing I can think of is a problem in the speedo head, that's seizing, cable continues to turn at the bottom until it snaps.
Suggest pop the speedo cable out at the bottom and spin it in your fingers, should be able to get the needle to move without much resistance, if it feels tight, problem is in the head unit..

When you are getting the new cable supplied be sure you get one for the disc model because they are a different length cable than the EFL and the T5 although the fitting at both ends is the same. if you are useing the wrong cable this could be the problem

Make sure you leave a big 'loop' of cable at the bottom of the fork before it goes into the hub. Loosely attach it to the fork with a tye-wrap/zip-tie. If the cable bends too sharply it will snap. Hope this helps?

I had the same problem with my 210, in the end I was getting on average between 15 and 20 miles before the swine would snap, sacked it in the end. Went for one of the digital bike speedos form Halfords which was a cow to set up but worked relatively well (double checked with GPS for accuracy) and didn't lie quite as much as a standard speedo! Now just use my Tom Tom Rider, can't beat it!!
