Gap In The Market? Engine Upgrades

For many on here, Vespa engines, and the repairing of them is quite a straightforward and enjoyable hobby.

In the very extensive SIP Vespa catalogue, it does go into great detail on tuning, and catagorises the parts you will need for certain models to upgrade.

What i dont see though, is anything on any of the many UK scooter websites.  If it were me i would promote the service as for the bolt on kits, i think its a lot cheaper than i thought it would be.

Considering the majority of the Vespa riding community is on a 125 PX, and probably half of them will be thinking of upgrading it at some point, why dont the main dealers have a section on the website where you could plan your upgrade. Scooter forum's seem to be full of people asking the same questions, how to get better performance etc 

You could simplify in stages like how Gazpx did below, and have a price for each part, a total price for the upgraded parts depending which make you choose and then a final cost depending if you want parts only or want them to do the work.  Yes many will want to do the job themselves, but equaly many (like me) wouldnt have the balls to attempt something on that scale.

i think probably the webpages to offer various tunes/options would be too large n unwieldly for most servers/shops to run , an tuning isnt really sumting ya can simplyfy into set packages ,theres too many options ,an 1 choice always begets a load of options, tho a few guideline base packages like mickingle suggests would be nice n give people a idea of what there budget could achieve ,an what options are out there .
tho the sip catalogue does do detail ,its mostly all the other stuff they "reccomend" you buy aswell,from them of course ,but they are 1 of the best for tuning stuff of quality ,but a personal face/face with ya local decent shop/tuner will get better results ,H
