this has been in a local stream for 27 years that i know off , an was the first scoot i sort of owned , as in a local kid payed me to help drag it home to do it up,an his mum made me give him the money back an then payed me it again to take it back, would of kept it myself but was already having to talk my folks into letting me keep the bsa bantam wreck i found nearby,thrown behind a garden fence.there was a lot more of it then ,most of tinwares gone now an ali cases n top of headset have been robbed for scrap i guess , its just a frame n forks an seat frames an bars n headset lower half now , not sure of model ,memory says it had the 6 sided "threepenny bit" headlamp surround an its got a ignition lock on bottom headset in middle facing rear .
am still tempted to do a "rustoration" but even a innoccetti scaffold pipe has rusted to far an wud prob fold in half if sat on , maybe just have it as a shed ornament/sculpture , or garden feature , H
