dont know what the blue thing attached to the horn is but im thinking some sort of ac to dc thingy. its very dirty so i might get the jet washer on it and dry it out before i get the sander and on it .the tool box is not worth saving its rotten at the bottom and for what it is the time involved to save it just isn't worth it

not bad ,ive seen a lot worse than that being saved , if your brother wants some tips on how scoots go together have a gander at the welding tips sticky on smallframe forum an the project 1 named "1 word ambitious" ,guy got carried away with his spot-weld cutter an ended up with a vespa shaped jigsaw ,but the piccys will give ya a good idea how a vespa frame is put together an the best way to go about curing those dodgy welds , there probably english ,all indian repairs ive seen are gas welded an mostly pretty competently done , well the welding anyway ,H
