I'm going a bit mental on chrome accessories at the moment, that's what an overdraft is for eh Think I'm turning into a bloody magpie obsessed with shiny stuff! Anyway, I've got a chrome bridge piece but one set of the holes are in the wrong place to line up with the existing drilled holes in the bodywork. If I drill some new ones in the right place am I going to be risking hitting cables running underneath? I've also just put some chrome covers over the light and indicator switches and a new chrome helmet hook and chrome kick-start on. A chrome centre stand, chrome choke (when I can figure out how to fit it) and chrome wheel rims and that will be me honest ;D Once I've got the aesthetics sorted out then I can move on to the mechanical stuff, back to front I know! Reet, I'm waffling again.

Where does the bridge piece go, is it on the top of the central tunnel where the black mat was? If so, yep there are cables in there, but think you'd be pretty unlucky to go through one if you are just drilling small holes for something like a self tapping screw... go steady

Sorry, yes. Meant to put bridge CENTRE piece. Don't worry I will, still not overly keen on drilling holes in the poor thing again
