i'm glad you agree, dellorto si20/20 i was going to go down to a 130 to start with but even that i reckon could be too big the engine is out of a 03 px with the 180 polini kit but at the moment standard exhaust opinion on a 130 jet

go for a 120 and then down from there you best bet would be to start with a si 24/24 E of a p2 and start with a 120 jet on that

btw dto the dr isnt the same as the polini the polini has more ports larger crankcase intakes and it will perform better than the dr providing the crankcases are ported, and clean the plug so you know exactly what colour you are getting

a way of getting jetting right when fitting a kit or a sports pipe clean plug or fit a new one ,take the bike for a good 5 mile full throttle run , return home and let bike cool down then remove spark plug and check colour of end . light brown/white = to lean ( go up main jet size ) black sooty = rich ( go down main jet size) chocolate brown = spot on main jet size

[/b remove spark plug and check colour of end . lockquote]
it was still purple when the coppers turned up and said you can put that way mate ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
after a massive petrol leak from the carb connection today it was took on a approx 50 mile run the plug was brown on the electrode but black around the outer so i reckon we aint far out give a little longer may go one smaller but will wait and see

the plug was brown on the electrode but black around the outer sounds perfect to me would leave at that as you don't want to go to lean
