T5's are pretty loud as normal mate, much more so than a PX, does it go quieter when you pull the clutch lever in?

Could just be the cover dented in a bit and rubbing on the flywhhel, I have had that before. Bryno is right though, T5's are noisy.

I also know the T5 s come with noise absorbing material on the engine... so where does the noise come from ?

Think it's mainly to do with the alloy barrel Rudi...
dave74, does it quieten with the clutch in? is it running ok?
