Hi guys every since i ve had my scoot vespa T5 the speedo hasnt worked. So had a good look and striped down the front wheel and found that the little plastic cog has got a flat spot on it so that its not turning and so not turning the speedo. can you buy these and if so where thanks for any help

Or just the grey drive, about 50p + postage from TWE. Easy to fit, save your money for beer. I would check the cable for kinking though, that could be the problem at the root, often gets bent where it goes through the frame and will cause seizing. When you have the cable released from the wheel check by connecting to a drill, slowly, if it don't turn it's kinked and needs changing.
