hi all, anyone know if you can change the actual gears in a px125 for any other gears from other modaels??

There are too many options to list but just for starters - what are you trying to achieve by altering the the gear ratios?

hi , a bit more top end, its got a dr180 kit and 24 mm carb , sterling exhaust , i tried a 22 tooth clutch gear but it made it worse! dj

With a DR you're pretty stuck, they don't have the power to pull anything much longer.

Yeah, agree. On a standard DR you probably wont have the power for taller gearing. Are you back on a 21 tooth clutch now or a 20 tooth?
If you want more top end the easiest way is to just make it rev higher. First you'll need to take the head off, take some photos and do some measuring. And I'll help you get another 1000 rpm out of it, if you like.
