My T5 classic just failed its MOT. The front suspension doesnt work. Any idea how i loosen etc to get it working before i hand my money over to Reg Lennon!!

Have the pivot joints seized up then? if so you could pop the front plastic cover off slacken the bolts & liberal amounts of WD40 on the joints should get it working again.. or try just the WD40 in the joints first before tackling the bolts, may do the trick..

Looks like WD40 did the trick although im not sure how loose the suspension has got to be. Arms are killing me from pushing & pulling!!

did you know that MOT standards are well below the standard that they should be. And yes, i will expand on this topic when challenged and hopefully a bit more soba ;D

My PX has just passed its first MOT. was in for a service aswell. why is it that everytime it's serviced, it takes a week for it to ride smoothly again lol.
