Any ideas on what this old frame is from on ebay - item number 200103507071. I'm looking for an early Sprint frame (one with the square badge rather than hexagonal). This appears to have the "square badge" area so it is an early frame, but the guy cannot find any numbers to identify what it's from. Personally I'm not too hung up on frame numbers but would like a frame that is hard to differentiate from a correct 1965 Sprint frame, as my current one stands out like a Vespa at a Harley Davidson rally. Spence, how many cross members are on the floor of your Sprint? My late Super frame only has two, this ebay frame has three! Cheers, Sean (dunworking)

Hi I would have guessed from looking at it it looks like a 152L2 frame but without numbers can't be certain. You may like to ask the seller if it got a hole for petrol tap as well as choke below seat if its only got one hole then its a 152L2 as the choke on them came out vertically unde seat. The rot looks exactly like my 152 had on it!!!!!!!!

Thanks Dave, I've asked him about the choke/petrol tap holes. I can put up with the rot if its the right frame - It'll give me something to do during the winter!

Of course I may be wrong, but that looks more like a Sportique frame to me. I'll get back to you on the crossmembers question Sean.

The frame has holes for both choke and petrol tap below the seat - Do Sportiques have both?
