Well, I had the opposite experience, I ordered a few parts, and after a month not getting them, I emailed the company several times via email address and contact form, with no answer whatsoever...
Meanwhile I ordered the same parts from beedspeed . A few days later, I got the parts from scooter-center after almost 60 days from my initial order. After a few days later, I got the parts from beedspeed as well.
So now I have 3 front brake master cylinder gasket kits...
