Hi guys, need a bit of help if it's out there, i ride a p210 street racer(on members scoots) but at the moment i'm having a major issue, when i'm in top gear and giving her a good thrashing she dies on me, if i try to pop her whilst she's still moving nothing happens but after a couple of hours of being parked she fires up again first time, spark plug is fine nic and dry and a lovely colour, my question is this could it be the ht lead or cap causing her to overheat thus cutting out? someone must have had similar at some time just looking for guidence from a more superior source. cheers guys.

Hi Sounds like an electrical component breaking down intermittently. most likely is C.D.I ignition unit ( Black Box ) or the Ignition L. T . Feeder Coil on the Stator Plate Also Pick up on Stator is a possible Hope this may help
