Could anyone out there please advise me how to fit a genuine fly sreen to a 200GT. I take it that the top handle bar cowling needs to be removed, but when I take off the two small screws at the back, the large screw at the front, and the mirrors, it is still seems to be fastened at the top of the headlight. Any advice greatfully received!!!

You don't need to take off the cover at all. The metal uprights slide into the holes/tubes under the handle bars. You can then tighten them (not too much) up with a 17mm spanner. Then the screen slides onto the uprights & is fastened using the allen screws. Then tighten everything up securely & off you go.

Many thanks Big Scotty. I now see it fits using the rawle plug principle, with the plastic tube expanding to grip the inside of the steel tube. Very clever!
