Greetings!..... Some of you folks might have read my introduction a few days ago. Iam very new to the vespa scene, but ihave always promised that i would have one. Well my one will be a restoration project,I am done with vintage and classic car restoration ,too bulky in my workshop. Ive been doing a bit of info searching and slowly gaining knowledge about these stunning machines.I have decided to go for a vespa PK 125cc ,would i be correct in thinking these are quite a common model, for spares ,are they good little runners and ideal for a novice like me and are vespas in general nice to work on / restore, bereing in mind i do have quite a bit of self taught mechanical knowledge. Many thanks and dont get too cold up north!...... nigel

Smallframe,Your the bizz mate and big thanks !. Ive spent some good time chewing over the tech section on the awesome website kindly provided, and wacked it on my favourite places. So iam day by day gaining some good inspireing info,Glad i found this forum. (A question) So am i correct in thinking that the PK model is the small frame? And what about the other PX 125 model, Iam seeing quite alot of those popping up in the scooter mags and sales. I might sell my three kids and purchase all the models (lol) ;D ...... nigel ps.I quite like racks , bars , might take it easy on the mirrors though!!!!!

PK is a small frame, PX range is a large frame..
Hmm, chrome, mirrors and lights just don't seem right on a smallframe somehow ;D
