Hello, as i wrote in the presentation section, I'm Italian, from Rome and will be moving probably to London in September and i was thinking of bringing my vespa with me. It would have Italian license plate and insurance. What bothers me is all the rest like vehicle restriction, gear, behavior on the road. All of this is 100% different from Italy, pretty sure. Thank you. Here a pick of my Vespa

That should be OK, the only thing I can think of is that you'll need a headlamp deflector to ensue you don't dazzle oncoming vehicles.
That's assuming the following: If the scooter is a 125, and you're over 16, no problems. Over 125, you need to have passed the Italian equivelent of our motorcycle test.
I'm pretty sure that's all the difference there is.
Other than that, the only legal requirement is a crash helmet, but you'd do well to wear armoured jacket, trousers and gloves.

Exactly the same laws as we have then. There is a limited time you can keep it on Italian plates in this country - think it's a year but it may be loinger - before you need to re-register it on UK plates. Other than that, welcome to Britain!
