clutch problems

HI there,
I’m having problems with my 64 150 sprint. When I pull the clutch in and put it into 1st. it immediately lurches forwards and cuts. I think the clutch is working cos when I pull it in and kick it slips. Also if the bike is in gear and off I can pull the clutch to wheel the bike.
I have replaced the clutch corks and the crucifix yet still there are problems.

hi ,
i can think of two or three things:

1 - lack of gear oil - add
2 - too loose clutch cable - adjust
3 - clutch house is worn. the area where the plates slide on, becomes grooved in time, and the tabs on the clutch plates arent freely moving - depends on the grooves, you can file them carefuly

i cant think of any other reason ...
