After my Simmonini gave up the ghost I bought a secondhand PM Tuning Evo pipe, fitted it (to my incredibly dirty T5) today.. It sits quite low, but I don't think I'll have any problems unless I go bumping off curbs unlike most of the left exit pipes you can refit the spare wheel and its only 2 nuts to remove the back box to get at the back wheel. Nicely made piece of kit, separate downpipe which is attached by springs, end can is removable and it's really light. Surprisingly it's a fair bit quieter than both the Sitoplus and the Simo.. When the weather improves I'm going to respray the end can silver BTW, not sure that blue suits my black and silver scheme ;D

Been out for a spirited ride today It seems to lack bottom/mid end torque, but goes like a train when it gets into the powerband, does make you need to thrash it to get the best out of it though, before it topped out at 70 on the flat, nudged 75 occasionally, now it goes off the clock on the flat and gets from 60 - 70 much quicker ;D Pity it doesnt have brakes to match the speed

Yeh, it is a bit low for my liking, but that seems to be as high as I can get it.. is yours on a P2? on other pics I've seen it seems to be a slightly different shape on the P2 so it runs more parallel with the bike rather than sloping back as on mine

I fitted one of these to my p125x i found it a bit loud and did not like the no bottom end and having to trash it all the time also the exhaust was a good 20mm from spare wheel and still managed to touch it and melt my new spare tyre so watch out

Yeh, it does lack a bit of bottom end, on a standard T5 it would be worse (as they are pretty weak at low revs as standard) with the 172 conversion it's a bit better.. Mines not that close to the wheel as it sits pretty low, I'll keep an eye on it, may be an issue 2 up. Noise wise, I find it's quieter than the Sito Plus and about the same as the Simmonini, bit deeper in tone. T5's are damm noisy as standard compared to the PX! I'm deffo using more fuel now though, going to chance down a jet size see if I can get away with that

Forget the diet, mine has the Malossi 172 As a 125 it pulled 60 - 65 on the flat, 70 down a bit of a hill.. Now it pulls 70 on the flat, goes off the clock on a hill.. Bottom end torque is much better than before, though since I've fitted the PM exhaust, It's lost a bit of this, PM exh works much better at the top of the rev range. If you are thinking about fitting a kit, do a search on here, there have been a couple of threads on them
