Hi All,
My px125 jumps and rides when i put it in 1st gear. I have tried changin the cosa clutch plates and clutch springs.. have greased up clutch arm and its running free.. clutch cable is adjusted ok.. do you think it's a gear box problem rather than clutch? from what i can read online maybe cush drive/cruciform?? theres only 3000 miles on clock from new, but it was lying in my shed for a while.. trying to do the work myself rather than scooter shops..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dec.

have you adjusted the cable correctly. with the ignition off, turn the engine via the kick start, . At the same time, pull the clutch lever in, you'll fell the biting point. If when you pull the clutch lever in, and there is still compression and the kick start doesn't drop to the floor, then it's still a clutch problem. Is this an autolube version ?

hi i've got a 56 plate px125 had it 6 months and it allways jumps into first gear and sometimes stalls. i use it every day though so not sure that it's to do with it left in shed for a while in your case. I should take it back to the dealers i suppose but i've not had it serviced there so no warranty, hope you sort it.
