The front wheel will limit how high you can realistically lift the back end. Taking that off will let you lift it a bit higher, but due to the instability of lifting it too high, I think I would be more inclined to take the exhaust off mate. (option 1)
Alternatively, (Option 2), you could take the plastic rear bumper off, back it up to a low wall and USING SOMEONE YOU TRUST to hold the front end with the handlebars and with the front bumper between their knees, lift the back end up onto the wall. Put a rag on the wall first. Change the wheel, then take the person at the front for a pint.
TIP: Go for option 1.

I've got a Sterling exhaust which gets in the way for removing the rear wheel too, a few bolts off and it can just about be dropped enough to change the wheel though.
Wouldn't fancy lying it on the side myself.
This might be a daft question, but have you completely deflated the tyre?

yes deflated tyre and still not enough room to get wheel off so i think next thing is too remove exghaust and get wheel off that way and hopefully within the next month or so change exhaust to one that comes out on opposite side anyone got any ideas on exhausts which come out on the right theres many to choose from but which one

The chances are if you have been running with a Scorpion pipe, it's already been upjetted. The general rule is if you upgrade your exhaust, you upjet by 2 points. So if a standard PX125 has a 98 main jet (which could be wrong by the way) you should change the jet for a 100. Having said that, I do know someone who ran a PX200 with a Simonini on with a standard jet for years with no problems.
The main consideration is your spark plug colour, do a search for 'plug chop' and there should be loads of info about the plug colour you're after.
