When I connect the front side light the back light goes out, the brake light glows extra bright and blows.
If I connect the bulb in parrallel to the rear light with a couple of wires the same happens
It's a 66 125 super, 6v ac
Any Ideas?

I'm no expert on electricary, but sounds like the route of the fault is in the tail light, check the earth connection or make a temporary earth from the bulb holder to the frame with a bit of wire.

Ok.... so an extra earth made no differance... but... As the tail light as was bright as the brake light I tried a lower wattage bulb, front and back (dont ask me why) and.... tada... the lights all work!!! WTF!!! Can any one explain this?

I guess the bulbs you had in were probably the wrong wattage to start with then, anyway, good to hear it all works now ...

If you can make it pull better and go a bit faster, you can leave the toilet seat up until tomorrow evening. Would Sir like another beer now? Well done xxx
