hey guys I'm back with more tales of woe , firstly when i open the throttle right up my scoot starts to chug ( :ooooh missus) once you drop the revs a bit its fine. 2ndly my new exhaust is a hell of a noisy is this normal it is just a standard t5 exhaust. there is like a whining as well which i never heard b4 until the new exhaust was on. any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you checked to see if your exhaust's airtight?
With the engine ticking over, put your hand over the end of the pipe. If the engine doesn't start to cut out, you've got a leak somewhere.

Crap in the main jet often the problem if it won't rev up..
If it is a 'standard' T5 exhaust, it's most probably a Sito Plus, which are pretty damm noisy anyway, more so than theOE item.
AFAIK you cant get the OE exhaust anymore, so most dealers sell the Sito as a std replacement, to look at the tailpipe is round rather than the slightly crimped one on the OE.

I changed my Sito for a Simonini, the Sito just got on my T**s ;D I found it noisy and not a nice type of noise, the Simo is quieter and a slightly higher pitch, though it's probably only quieter to the rider seeing as how the pipe exits right at the back of the scoot and not under it as on the Sito
