Has anyone else here had any recent dealings with scootergifts.co.uk?
I've used them twice before but the last order I placed never arrived and I can't get a response from them either by their online web form, email, or the landline or mobile numbers listed on their website. I've left about 3 web form messages and 2 answermachine messages. Not a jot. Ironically I thought "I won't get this backrest from that Vietnamese ebay seller.. I'll get it from a proper UK supplier with premises, so I'll have some comeback if the item is complete rubbish". HA. I'd have had more recourse on ebay with their buyer protection.
I'm only out £60 or so, but that's more than I was prepared to throw to the wind for a laugh. I was thinking perhaps they've fallen victim to the current credit crunch and may be in receivership.
Has anyone placed an order with them recently?
Any advice on how I can now proceed?
(Bugger.. and I was so looking forward to getting a nice stainless rear carrier and backrest for my PX200).
