ET2 frame

Hi, all please help!!!
I have recently just got a loverly vespa ET2 but i had a crash into the back of BMW I thought i would have a go at repairing it myself and decided to get to work! The result of which the angle grinder came out and i caused damage to the top of the frame and grinded the housing for the bearings away! Please help, how can I repair this? I have pictures that i could email to you, Many thanks Martin
