hi, trying to get my mates p200 to run it will with the choke out but soon as i put choke in it just dies ive checked the jets and not bloked any ideas ? cheers gaz

hi mate, once i get it started with choke out it will run, if i put choke in it will only run if at full throttle any less than this and it dont even fire strange if u let throttle it makes a loud sucking noise then just dies, dont recon its the crank seals ?

if the engine was ok and running, i dont see any reason for the crank seals to pop out just like that...

Sounds like a carb problem to me, what colour is the plug when it dies

maybe carb not seated right & sucking in a bit of air, check mounting bolts/gasket...

mmmm checked gearbox oil and its full petrol !!! so must be crank seals

ouch! can i give you a tip on the seals dont use the rubber ones onlt metal seals and use yammabond and not locktite
