HI Have you checked the gears ?they might look ok but in the middle where the cruciform sits the edges might have smoothed over because somebody kept riding the scooter when it was jumping. Hold on ! the is a cure first try and square up any smooth edges {but dont take to much off} or if this sounds a little tech.gear box gears are quite cheap to buy new.also ask for a geniune cruciform the metal is so much better hope this is any help  |
