Hi Guys,
anyone know about fitting disklocks onto vespa lx's? I'm getting my scooter on saturday and have been looking at disklocks and then looking at pictures of the disk/rim and it looks a bit tigh for space....
any advice would be most welcome......

Before forking out money for a disc lock, find out the diameter of the holes in the LX disc and make sure the lock will go through.

that'll probably be sensible! man, I just phoned the dealer to make sure i can pick the scooter up on saturday and they said that they havnt got it yet, turns out it has been shipped to their other branch (about 8 miles away). Its been there since the 30th June  |

I don't want to cast aspersions on dealers, but have a good look round it when it arrives.
When I collected my first scooter from a dealership that shall remain nameless but is located in Romford, they'd stuck one of their dealer stickers over some scratches on the nearside panel. Luckily I spotted it and demanded the appropriate touch-up pen, which they readily agreed to give me. They then readily forgot and ignored all my subsequent requests to cough up.
Anyway, I'm digressing from the matter at hand.
