Hi folks. Mik Here in the north of Lincolnshire, Near Grimsby. Proud to say Spence is my mate and a fellow AFSC member. running a GP 175 and an LML180. and trying to maintain them both and the wifes PK125 as well.
I ws the muppet seen by hundreds at whitby pushing a lilac girly PK back UP the big hill after SHE ran out of petrol at the bottom. ;D

I think so Its my first vespa so I dont have a lot to compare. I bought it to take my test on 3 years ago. as a standard 125 it was very fast 65+ if the clock was to be believed. Tyres were sh*te. put S83s on it and it handled better. only problems Ive had were a few flimsy electrical connections on the indicators and switch. The electric start packed in after two years, which I think the PX suffers from as well. and finally I knackered it thrashing it up the M180 when the piston skirt broke and chewed the crank.and bearings. Beedspeed put it down to being wrongly jetted in the factory. had a 76 instead of a 96 main jet. kitted it with a bolt on DR180 ( sorry Joey) and its been fine since about 6000 miles on the clock now and never a problem since. the DR sounds like its going to fall out the bottom when its cold but soon warms up and is fine. not as fast as the 125 though. about 60 flat out. As Joey says you can't expect high performance without a dremel.
all in all I think they are every bit as good as a PX. difference is they are styled on the T5 classic with rubber mats and gearbox cover etc have the T5 gearbox , not the 5 ports though as some will tell you. accepted by the DSA for the full bike test which is a bonus.
