Hello all. :)I have an 03 reg PX125 Disc. Its done 1500km. It goes OK, but when I try to start off it seems to lug, or bog down. It seems to have a flat spot just when you open the throttle and let the clutch out to start off. Has anyone got any ideas wht this might be and does anyone know if there is and where the carburretor mixture screw is? Apologies if I have places this onto the wrong forum and thank you in advance for any replies. Keith

Assuming you have made no alterations to jetting or air screw (1.5 turns out from the closed position & can be accessed at rear of carb box by the shock absorber) . I assume his problem occurs at normal running temperature and persists every time you try to pull off in 1st gear.
Sounds like air being sucked in at the base of the carb as one solution, try tightening the two allen bolts that hold the carb down (in fact check all of the jets are tight while yo are there. Check the choke mechanism fully retracts. Look at your plug is engine running lean ?
does flat spot appear at any times ?

Check the pilot jet as this activates up to one quarter throttle (is it clean )

I screwed the mixture screw out a small amount and it seems a lot better now. Does anyone know how much MPG I should get out of my PX 125 (03 reg) and how many miles I could go on a tankfull?

All depends on your riding style - but a lot less than a Jag !.
the 125 is working harder at 50 than a p2 is

I had an 02 PX125 and could get roughly 100 miles out of a tank. I used to ride it 21 miles to work on country roads, averaging about 45 mph, and each trip used a quarter of a tank. I also remember doing 96 miles from Essex to Camber Sands on about a tankful.
