T5 hook thing pops out!!!

On a T5/PX motor there is a wire (not cable type wire) that terminates in a hook. this then hooks into the mechanism at the carb end of the throttle cable.

I know everyone knows this but mine keeps popping out when riding fastish. I know its vibrating out, but does anyone have any tips to stop it happening. Sometimes its ok for weeks then it''l do it. Its not major but i don't want to breakdown in the tunnel on the way to Southport
