Looking for a little help. Have a PK 100XL, seems to be running very warm resulting in the scooter stopping dead and the crank unable to kick over, free's itself after a couple of minutes (piston seizing?). I'm running a mix of 2% which I think is right. Just changed my oil yesterday so I've not had a chance to see if this has made a difference. Could there be any adjustments required on the carb? Also, stuggles to find neutral while stationary(no prob's when moving!) and seems to die when kept in 1st at low rev's. Any help would be much appreciated as I'm new to the scene and would like to get to my first rally on a reasonably reliable scoot!. Thanks, Mark

a bit more info might help. is it standard or modified? standard carb? any fins on flywheel missing? cylinder shroud attatched? to be honest if its nipped a couple of times i'd wip off the head and cylinder and check it out, check crank while your at it for any play. daz
