Hello Andy. Don't let anyone knock a Sprint 150 just because it's got a PX engine - I know of one that's a multiple trophy winner!

Hi Andy welcome to the forum. Don't worry about the px engine -every time I hit either a hill or headwind on my Sprint I wish I had one fitted ;D

Thanks all What sort of top speed would you expect on a 150 sprint ? Still getting used to riding it - still feel pretty nervous, especially on a dual carrigeway this lunchtime buzzing along !!

About 55mph mate, although your speedo might be vibrating either side of the 100kph mark!

Yeah - just got back from the dentists - feel like i need a hot drink and a sit down pretty much 80 kmph - so i guess around 50 top speed. boy - really feel that speed on a dual carrigeway, i was all over the shop!

Tell me about it - I'll be mixing it on the A47 to Hemsby this Friday on my Sprint. Not entirely looking forward to it but it least it's not too far.

I don't mind the 55 mph on the flat its the 30mph uphills that worry me. Thought about getting a DR180 as they seem the easiest to fit. Anyone fitted one of these to a sprint type motor and if so was it worth it. Not really worried about top speed but would like a bit more oomph uphill.
