........Lousy night so I thought a good time to say hello to the world. I have recently posted my Vespa TS 125cc on the photo board, you may have seen her. I grew up in Stevenage and was a Mod in the early eighties. First Scooter was a 50 Special and then a Rally 180. I used to belong to the Profiles Scooter Club in Stevenage so if anyone knows of that former club or maybe you were once a member it would be great to hear from you. Always 'out on the floor' ive never really left the music side of the culture but splashed out on the TS in 2004. Apparently they are quite rare with only 27,000 being built world wide between 1976-1979? - any info again greatly received. Bye for now. James.

Steady on you two. Alright, JT - I have to admit I'm not familiar with the TS, looks a bit like a Sprint Veloce or a Rally. Do you know anything more about them?

Hey mate and welcome to the forum.. Yeh, believe the TS is a Rally body with a 125 motor, was the last model made in the 'classic' shape.. ...and basis for Stings 'GS' in Quad

Thanks all for the replys....... The TS is as far as I know a model that was made for the european market only between 1976-79 and only some 25,000 produced, so quite a rare old girl. The body is a Rally type and the engine is a 125cc PX type so slighty more powerfull and robust. The Scooter rides well and pulls quite strongly. She can get to 60mph quite easily but thats her lot, a steady 45-50mph is comfortable.
Am just about to go out and play on her now so I will say bye while the wind has died down......... cheers.
