Hello to all
I'm new to the forum today and am a returning 80s scooter boy (well, boy's stretching the point at 43 but you know what I mean!). I've been offered a 2003 PX125 with 5k on the clock in decent order, FSH, T and T'd.
Can anyone give me any advice on what to look for and what I should be paying for it? It's a satndard bike with no extras but, like I say, in good order.
Thanks in advance,
G

Alright Gary. 5000km doesn't sound too bad for a 2003, and if you're a returning scooterist it's unlikely that much has changed other than disc brakes and autolube. So I'd check the brakes and see if the autolube's still working (no great shakes if it's not, just mix it yourself) and as long as the frame and engine's in good nick, everything else is fairly easy to replace.
I'd say about £1100 would be a fair price for that.
