Only had my T5 Classic a couple of weeks, had a good ride out on it today to get it serviced.. it runs fine except full bore in 4th when it hits 65/67 ish on the clock, it starts to stutter, intermittently, no misfire, just feels like fuel stavation.. Does that sound like some crap in the carb? should it still run smooth even on full chat in top?

Does the stutter only happen at full throttle and when your in 4th?
If it happens after three quarter throttle in all the gears then it could be as simple as an over rich mainjet, sh*tty filter . Try cleaning your carb first tho as it really is a process of elimintion.
I'd check the whole carb over, all the jets are clean, choke return mechanism seats all the way home, fuel bango and float bowl in good clean functioning order, condition of exhaust, stator plate set correctly and on and on till problem rectified.
Without seeing or riding the scoot they are just the first things I'd check

Yep, it's only on full throttle in 4th, pulls cleanly up to that point and in other gears, then once it's built up speed the stutter starts.. I'll clean the jets and fuel/air filters today, take it from there.. I am pretty sure it's not had a de-coke in 15K though as there is nothing in the records, I'll save that task for another day I think

Hmm, unscrewed the main jet tube today to give it a clean, main jet wasn't attached to it had to fish it out the bottom of the chamber.. anyway seemed to be pretty clean in there, didn't go to the trouble of looking in the float chamber, I'll see how it goes..
