I need help with my mates primmy. Firstly how fast should they go as standard? This one is SLOW! We've just replaced piston rings and decoked, base gasket, exhaust manifold gasket and carb inlet manifold, put the blighter back together, fresh gearbox oil, new spark plug BUT IT'S SO SLOW!! Obviously it needs running in for a few miles but at the mo lucky to get 40mph! It also goes through stages of cutting out accompanied with black smoke, what's up?
