My GT125 won't start

Hey guys.. wonder if you got any idea what's happened to my scoot.. i hit the start button & there was a clunking noise & then just a high revolution hammering noise. It now just makes that noise when I hit start. I think it might be the Starter Bendix.. is that easy to fix or is it a replacement part? any other ideas?
