Hi all, I'm Jodie, I love the scooter scene, but I am currently without scooter. I have been offered a vespa-piaggio pk 80 s, c reg, for £165. It needs a new electronic start button, a damn good service (has stood for 5 years) a new battery, although i've heard it running. I know very little about scooters, but all the electrics seem to be working ok, and there is only a little rust, which i think is fairly superficial, on the foot boards. Am i getting a good deal or do i need to try and get him a bit lower on the price Would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks Jodie

Hi Jodie welcome to the site.
The asking price sounds reasonable, but if you can get someone that knows a bit about scooters to look at it with you first, just to make sure there's no major problems like twisted frames etc, that would be a good idea.
Where was it advertised?
